# Is there any performance report for fdb7.1 vs fdb6.2?

Hi, Experts
Now we will upgrade fdb from 6.2 to 7.1, and we wonder what is the performance benefit from fdb7.1 against fdb6.2. Is there any performance report for fdb7.1 against fdb6.2 for reference? Thanks!

We found when testing with 100000 rows data, the performance of fdb 7.1 is slightly better than fdb 6.2. But when testing with 500000 rows data, the performance of fdb 6.2 is much better than fdb 7.1. I don’t know why.
