Hi!

Recently I found an issue about PGO with FoundationDB: [Should support profile-guided optimization · Issue #1334 · apple/foundationdb · GitHub](https://github.com/apple/foundationdb/issues/1334)

Seems like the issue is stale. Does anyone know - what is the status of this? Does FoundationDB team plan to add PGO support to the project (or even distribute PGO-optimized binaries)? Maybe FoundationDB team has some results about using PGO internally and could share the results.
