Seems like [www.foundationdb.org](http://www.foundationdb.org) is down and is causing CI/CD pipelines to fail as well when downloading packages:

```auto

Yes the web page has been taken down by Apple and will be replaced with new one

Come on, guys. Some of us are trying to convince others that FoundationDB is a serious thing. This doesn’t help.
