Erlfdb - Erlang and Elixir binding

In early 2024, we forked couchdb-erlfdb to continue its development.

Today we released v1.0.

Thanks to the CouchDB team and other contributors for creating the original Erlang bindings. And of course the FDB creators and contributors: it’s a pleasure to build new things using FDB.
