The fast restore is still under development. It is not done yet. The status is not implemented at all, although its progress can be viewed from trace event with prefix “FastRestore”.
I don’t have plan to work on this in short term, but it is still a very high priority task for us on how to restore a TB-level cluster as fast as possible.
