How to remove old data efficiently and robustly?

We have used foundationDB for serveral years. And currently there are a few clusters storage usage goes up to about 3 TB’s size, we have to controll them. I did some search, but not able to find a good documentation talking about the cleanup.

So like in the subject, say I want to remove all the keys that is older than one year, is there a established way or method to do it? Whethere it can be achieved through a backup and restore procedure?

I appreciate your help.

The version of FoundationDB we use is v5.1.7

Configuration:
Redundancy mode - triple
Storage engine - ssd-2
Coordinators - 5
