Release plan for v7.2 and v7.3

Hello,

Both the 7.2 and 7.3 releases in Github are tagged as “Pre-release”. What does this mean in the FoundationDB context, and what sort of timeframe is expected for moving either one or both of v7.2 or v7.3 out of “Pre-release”?
