How come I am getting this crazy error
Is FoundationDB unwanted adopted child of Apple?
It just means that it wasn’t code-signed by a company. You should have seen this with any other opensource ci/built packages on your Mac. You allow/override it by going to System Settings → Privacy and Security (right after you attempt to install it) screen?
PS: You might get help faster if you tone down the sarcasm / jokes.
